Happy new year.
Quick update for 2026: Ship It Weekly got a little polish.
The show itself hasn’t changed. It’s still the same format and the same goal: cut through the noise and talk about what actually matters if you’re the one running infra, owning reliability, and getting paged when things go sideways.
What’s new:
I’ve got a new intro + outro, new transition stingers, and a loopable music bed for the quick housekeeping / lightning round type sections. Before this I was basically just using a simple intro/outro, and it worked… but it didn’t really feel like a “real show” yet.
Also, new cover art. The old stuff was fine for getting started, but I wanted the podcast to look and sound like something I’d actually be proud to ship every week.
That’s it. Same show, just refined a bit.
